How to use

1. Based on the weight of tools and accessories to select the suitable spring balancer.

2. Suspension balancer, Be sure to connect the insurance rope when suspent the spring balancer

3. Adjust the main worm of balancer, let the balanced weight of spring balancer same as the tool, let the tool keep balance at any location within the range of travel, adjust the worm at clockwise direction, the balance load will be increased, counterclockwise rotation, the balance load will reduced. the balance load adjusted at the middle value when spring balancer ship from factory, can not adjust it above or below the rated value.

4. When load or unload tools, must pull out the stopper pin lever, rotate clocksise 30 degrees, and put back, remove the tool after lock the pulley, prevent  hook run back fast  hurt person or damage tool.

5. When the balancer havn't  hanging tools, do not pull it, so as to avoid the wrong slot stuck or rope off slots.

6. When operating tool to move laterally tilt more than 30 degrees, it needs to be moved closer to the vertical position of the tool and then relax, otherwise easily lead to the wrong groove rope stuck.

7. Load should be suspended vertically.

Notice:

1. When uninstall the spring balancer, must adjust worm to release coil spring at first.

2.The spring balancer must be checked every month.
1. if fastener loose;
2.if upper and lower hook damaged.
3.if saftey rope ok
4.check if  the shell and pulley cracks, heavy wear
5. if the shell devise run normally.

3. Pay attention to prevent moisture, avoid the coil spring rust, if the spring balancer not used for longer time.
